Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 1 February 2013 it purchased 9,092 of its own ordinary shares of 5p each at an average price of 1733.17 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled.

Following the above purchase of shares, Caledonia's issued share capital includes 56,607,304 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights.
