Purchase of Own Shares

On 18 February 2010 Northamber plc bought 10,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at 44 pence per share, representing 0.03% per cent. of the Company's current issued ordinary share capital.

Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company has 28,998,100 ordinary shares in issue.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
