Transaction in Own Shares

Sepura plc (the "Company") announces that it has today transferred from treasury a total of 16,750 of its ordinary shares of £0.0005 each ("Shares") for the purpose of satisfying the exercise of awards under the Company's 2008 Sharesave Scheme at an exercise price of 60 pence per Share.

Following the above transactions, there are 46,925 Shares held in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company (excluding treasury Shares) is 138,598,506. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in Sepura under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
