Dawnay, Day Treveria plc ("the Company") announces that on 9 April 2008 itpurchased 250,000 ordinary shares for cancellation from JPMorgan CazenoveLimited at an average price of EUR 0.68 per share. Following the above purchase, the Company has now bought back 107,088,614ordinary shares for cancellation since 11 July 2007 when the buy back programmecommenced. Following the cancellation of these shares the Company will have605,168,809 Ordinary shares in issue.
