Transaction in own shares

Huntsworth PLC announces that, on 18th July 2011, it purchased through Numis Securities Limited 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 70.75 pence per share. The highest price and lowest price paid for these shares was 71 and 70.5 pence respectively. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Following the above purchase, the Company holds 2,609,790 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 245,303,224 ordinary shares of 1p each (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue. The number of ordinary shares purchased represented approximately 0.008% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to such purchases.
