Colefax Group PLC13 September 2006 Colefax Group Plc Purchase of Own Securities On 12 September 2006 Colefax Group plc bought for cancellation a total of 75,000shares of 10 pence each (representing 0.44 per cent of the issued ordinary sharecapital of the Company) at a price of £1.98 per share.
