The Company announces that, on 22nd November 2017, it purchased into Treasury 50,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP8.1250 per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 1,859,421 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 276,059,532. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
