Transaction in own Shares

The Company announces that on 26 February 2015, it purchased in the market 100,000 ordinary shares of 67p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,290 pence per share for cancellation.

The Company also announces that on 26 February 2015, it purchased in the market 50,000 redeemable shares of 1p each ("Redeemable Shares") at a price of 1,255 pence per share for cancellation.

Following this transaction, there are 33,297,013 Ordinary Shares and 32,322,534 Redeemable Shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury.

In total, since the Company started buying back shares in August 2011, it has acquired, for investment purposes, 4,224,000 Ordinary Shares and 5,651,000 Redeemable Shares, representing approximately 13.08% of the shares then outstanding.
