The Company announces that on 7 April 2016, it purchased 200,000 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.22% of the issued share capital at a price of 131 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 92,680,435 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
