Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights 

Numis announces that today, 8 August 2016 it purchased 40,000 (0.035%) Numis ordinary shares into Treasury. The shares were purchased at a price of £1.92 each.

As a result of the above, the total number of Numis shares held in Treasury is 4,641,088 (4.08%), the number of ordinary shares in issue remains the same and the total number of voting rights in the company is 113,797,448 which is the number which may be used by the shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
