The Company announces that on 21 Sep 2020, it purchased ordinary shares of USD0.001 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be held in treasury, pursuant to the share buy-back announced on 9 September 2020.

Pursuant to the above transactions, the Company advises that its issued share capital is 56,425,598 Ordinary Shares, with 73,724 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company are 56,351,874.
