Transactions in own shares
REA announces that, pursuant to the authority granted at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on 11 June 2013, it purchased (through Mirabaud Securities LLP) 55 of its ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 440p per share on 9 April 2014.
The purchased shares are held as treasury shares.
Following such purchases, REA holds 12,220 ordinary shares in treasury and has 35,073,049 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
