Transaction in Own Shares

TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES

The Board of Neptune-Calculus Income and Growth VCT PLC announces that the Company has today purchased for cancellation 100,000 Ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 39p per share. Settlement of this transaction is due to take place on 5 April 2016.

After cancellation of these shares there will 11,211,329 Ordinary shares of 10p in issue.
