The Company announces that on 1 March 2016, it purchased 579,438 of the Company's own Ordinary Shares of 1p each, representing approximately 0.66% of the issued share capital at a price of 129 pence per share for cancellation.
Following this purchase, there are now 87,236,936 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
