The Company announces that, on 6th February 2018, it purchased into Treasury 81,900 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.5042 per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 2,995,621 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 274,923,332. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
