London Security plc announces that on 08 December 2011 it purchased 912 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company for cancellation at a price of 1780 pence per share.

The purchase equates to approximately 0.007% of the issued share capital at that time.

Following this cancellation of shares, the Company's total shares in issue is 12,262,361.
