RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that on Friday, 21st December 2018, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 5,212 Ordinary Shares at prices of €14.15 and €21.12 per Ordinary Share and at prices of £16.16 and £20.83 per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transactions, CRH plc holds 27,551,386 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 815,838,952.
