Dawnay, Day Sirius Limited (the "Company") announces that on 13 June 2008 it purchased 2,000,000 ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 0.65 per share.
The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.
Following the above purchase, the Company holds 23,926,824 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 303,873,176 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
