Purchase of Own Shares

The Company announces that on 29 May 2026 it purchased 919,011 Ordinary Shares for cancellation. The price paid was 83.31p per Ordinary Share.

Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company's issued share capital will be 86,682,730 Ordinary Shares.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 86,682,730. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
