Purchase of the Company's own shares for cancellation
The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 26 February 2010 it purchased for cancellation 33,659 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 45.27 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 34,454,460 Ordinary Shares and 11,806,467 S Ordinary Shares in issue.
