REA announces that it purchased (through Mirabaud Securities LLP) 788 of its ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 473.545051p per share on 3 July 2014.
The purchased shares are held as treasury shares.
Following the purchase of such shares, REA holds 29,196 ordinary shares in treasury and has 35,056,073 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
