Transaction in own shares

Real Estate Credit Investments PCC Limited announces that today it purchased 1,000,000 preference shares at a price of 105.00p per share. The purchased shares are expected to be held in treasury.

Following the above purchase, the Company has a total of 43,962,834 preference shares in issue. The number of preference shares purchased represented 2.22% of the total preference shares in issue prior to such purchases. The preference shares do not hold voting rights.
