HALFORDS GROUP PLC: PURCHASE OF OWN SHARES
Halfords Group PLC announces that on 13 April 2011 it purchased 60,000 for cancellation of its ordinary shares at a price of 357.0207p per ordinary share.
Following the above purchase, the Company has now bought back 710,000 shares for cancellation, since 7 April 2011 when the buy back programme commenced.
