On 29 June 2010 Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC purchased for cancellation 31,200 of its own Ordinary shares at 64p per share and 20,450 of its S Ordinary shares at 71p per share.
Following this transaction the Company's ordinary issued share capital is 8,393,080 Ordinary shares of 10p each and 4,936,009 S Ordinary shares of 10p each. The number of voting shares in the company is therefore 13,329,089 ordinary shares.
