The highest price and lowest price paid for these shares was 201.5 pence. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, the Company holds 687,000 ordinary shares in Treasury and has a total of 83,639,679 ordinary shares (excluding shares held in Treasury) in issue.
