Transaction in own shares

Ambrian Capital announces that on the 2nd July 2008 it acquired 150,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 38p per share. 

The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 575,000 Ordinary Shares as treasury shares. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 110,786,208.
