Transaction in own securities

The Board of Speymill Macau Property Company plc (the "Company") announces that on 20 May 2010, the Company purchased 1,438,244 of its own ordinary shares of US$0.10 nominal value at a price of US$ 0.74 per share, such shares to be held in treasury.

The purchase represents 1.232 per cent of the shares in issue. After the purchase there remain 116,821,581 shares in issue including the 1,538,244 ordinary shares now being held in treasury.
