Transactions in Own Shares
Treveria plc announces that on 11 February 2011 it purchased for cancellation 175,000 ordinary shares at a price of €0.14 each via Singer Capital Markets Limited. The purchase was effected pursuant to irrevocable instructions issued by Treveria, as announced on 8 February 2011. Following cancellation of these shares, the Company will have 606,233,809 ordinary shares in issue. There are no shares held in treasury.
