The Income & Growth VCT plc announces that on 16 March 2009 it purchased for cancellation 64,207 of its Ordinary Shares at a price of 51.25 pence per share.
Following this purchase the Company now has 35,055,303 Ordinary Shares and 11,806,467 S Ordinary Shares in issue.
