RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES
CRH plc announces that today, 26th January 2024, it transferred to participants in its employee share schemes 3,105 Ordinary Shares at a price of ?23.39, and at prices between £25.55 and £31.04, per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 41,199,560 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 691,698,642.
