Electra Private Equity PLC27 November 2007 Electra Private Equity Plc ("the Company") 27 November 2007 Further to the Company's Regulatory Announcement released at 15.48 thisafternoon, confirming the Company's purchase of 100,000 of its own ordinaryshares for cancellation, the Company now announces that it has today purchasedan additional 60,000 of its own ordinary shares of 25p each for cancellationrepresenting 0.16% of the issued share capital at a price of £16.08 per share. Accordingly, the Company has today purchased a total of 160,000 of its ownordinary shares of 25p each for cancellation at a price of £16.08 per share.
