Transaction In Own Shares
Northbridge Industrial Services plc, the industrial services and rental company, announces that today it purchased 63,800 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 132.5 pence per ordinary share. This represents approximately 0.85% of the share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury). These shares have been purchased in Treasury.
Accordingly the Company has 7,630,149 ordinary shares in issue of which 152,150 ordinary shares in the Company are now held in Treasury.
