Martin Ballinger, Chairman of Northgate, madethe following statement: "I am pleased to report that trading in the first four months of the year hasbeen satisfactory. The restructuring of the UK business is underway and should be concluded by theend of January 2007. In Spain, we have appointed a CEO who will assist theprocess of merging our two businesses in those areas where synergies can beachieved.
