Holders Technology PLC04 January 2007 Trading statement Holders Technology plc, distributors of specialised materials to the printedcircuit board industry, is pleased to give the following market guidance for theyear ended 30 November 2006. The growth in turnover that was experienced in the first half of the yearcontinued in the second half. Sales of FR4 laminate were particularly strongand the group won new customers in this important, albeit relatively low margin,segment of the business. The reorganisation of the Dutch operations, which was instigated in 2005, wascompleted successfully and this helped to contain costs. As a result of the second half performance, the trading performance of the groupfor the year as a whole will be slightly above market expectations. Although itis early in the current year, based on current trading, the directors lookforward to continued progress in 2007. It is expected that the full year audited results for the year ended 30 November2006 will be announced on Wednesday 7th March 2007.
