Printing.com plc03 April 2008 Printing.com plc (the "Company") Trading update Since the last market update, trading across the UK and Ireland has remainedbroadly in line with the Company's internal budget, in addition the granting ofBolt-on Franchises has continued at a buoyant rate. Accordingly, the Companyexpects its results for the full year to be in line with market expectations. The Company has launched a new initiative called Network Partners. Thisprogramme enables third party vendors of personalised promotional merchandise tomarket their products through the Printing.com network. Such services must becomplementary and not in competition with the Printing.com core offering andwill include personalised pens, mugs, work apparel and the like. Printing.comreceives a licence fee, merchandising fees and a royalty in respect of thisservice. The first Network Partner Licences have now been granted and it isanticipated that this service will commence June 2008. Whilst the investment in the Company's French initiative is comparativelymodest, it has none the less outweighed revenues to date. However, with fiveFrench franchisees now in operation, we remain optimistic that during thecurrent financial year a positive contribution will be achieved. Encouraged by the progress to date in France, Printing.com intends to launch asimilar initiative in Australia commencing during the third fiscal quarter. Inthe case of Australia, shipping from Manchester is of course impractical andaccordingly a third party production partner is being sought. This initiativehas attracted positive Australian trade press coverage and prospectiveproduction partners are presently being scrutinised. The Company intends to announce its Preliminary results for the year endingMarch 31st 2008 in approximately ten weeks and will advise of the intended datenearer the time.
