Premier Asset Management PLC26 September 2006 Premier Asset Management PLC Trading update The directors of Premier Asset Management PLC are pleased to report that tradingfor the second half of the year has continued to improve and that they areencouraged by the organic growth within the business. Net new business acrossthe group was in excess of £227 million in the 11 months to the end of August2006 as compared to £89 million in the 11 months ended 30th August 2005. Fundsunder management at the end of August were in excess of £1.4 billion as comparedto £1.33 billion at the end of March 2006. The company expects to announce its results for the year ended 30th September2006 on the 6th December 2006.
