Clarity Commerce Solutions PLC18 April 2006 Clarity Commerce Solutions plc Trading Update - Sales up 14% Clarity Commerce Solutions plc ('Clarity'), a leading supplier of softwaremanagement solutions for the entertainment, ticketing, hospitality and leisuresectors provides an update to current trading. The update of 3 April 2006announced that Clarity's adjusted profits for the year ended 31 March 2006 areexpected to be in line with market expectations. Clarity can now report that itssales revenue for the same year is anticipated to be in excess of £18 million,an increase of approximately 14% from £15.8 million for the trading year 2004/05. Revenue from software licenses is estimated to have grown by 23% in theyear, due to some recent contract wins, including the following: • Continuation of the successful roll-out of the major contract fromSodexho, announced in October 2005. Sodexho has now installed Clarity'sHospitality software at high profile installations such as Sandown ParkRacecourse, Corporate Headquarters of Dell Ireland, Glasgow and Edinburgh RoyalInfirmaries, and specialist sites such as The Cabinet War Rooms Museum. • Clarity's Business Intelligence division, which offers BusinessAnalytics software and consulting has won over £1 million worth of contractsfrom customers that include Vinci plc, the major international engineering andconstruction company, and William Grant and Sons Ltd., the makers of GlenfiddichScotch Whisky. Note: Trading figures quoted above in respect of 2005/06 are subject toconfirmation and audit. Clarity expects to release its full year, auditedresults for 2005/06 in June of 2006. Sales Update - Trading year 2006/7 - $1.4 million announcement Clarity's Ticketing division has a further order and an additional letter ofintent for the supply of automated ticketing machines, plus software andservices, to a total value of $1.4 million, for the EuroPalaces cinema group inFrance (owners of the Pathe and Gaumont brands).
