The Company confirms that it has received notice that Bedell Trustees Limited, as trustee for the Billington Holdings ESOP Trust has disposed of 19,931 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.33, and accordingly now holds 635,988 Ordinary Shares which represents 4.917% of the issued share capital.
