TR1 clarification

Urals Energy (AIM:UEN), the independent exploration and production company with operations in Russia, announces that it has this morning received a clarification from Latvijas Pasta Banka JSC that, in respect of the TR1 announced at 5:02pm on 4 December 2013, the underlying owner of these shares is Adler Impex S.A.

As announced in the TR1 at 4:40pm on 4 December 2013, Adler Impex S.A. has a direct interest in 63,319,679 shares in the Company representing 25.08% of the voting rights.
