Total Voting Rights

As at 1 July 2016, the Company had 1,026,549,746 issued ordinary shares with voting rights admitted to trading on a regulated and prescribed market. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

The above figure of 1,026,549,746 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or of a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
