Total Voting Rights
Following completion of the Tender Offer and the cancellation of the Ordinary Shares purchased under the Repurchase Agreement, the Group's total issued share capital is now 18,317,888 ordinary shares of 5 pence each. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
