Scapa, a leading global manufacturer of bonding solutions and adhesive components for the Healthcare and Industrial markets notifies the market that as at 30 November 2015 the Company's issued share capital comprises 148,355,308 ordinary shares with voting rights ('Shares'). No Shares are held in Treasury. As such, the number of Shares with voting rights is 148,355,308.

This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notifiable obligations) as their denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
