Havelock Europa PLC30 October 2007 Havelock Europa plc ("the Company") Total Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company advises that itsissued share capital increased to 38,532,050 ordinary shares of 10p each as at31 October 2007 following the issue of 20,000 new ordinary shares of 10peach during October 2007. Each share carries the right to one vote. The Companyholds no shares in Treasury.
