SMG PLC19 March 2007 19 March 2007 SMG plc ("SMG") Notification of Major Interests in Shares SMG plc announces that it was notified on Friday 16 March 2007 by Morgan StanleyInvestment Management Limited that as at that date it was interested in a totalof 30,729,568 shares (9.72%) in SMG.
