The Company's issued share capital consists of 115,380,000 ordinary shares of0.5p each, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held intreasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 115,380,000. The above figure of 115,380,000 may be used by shareholders as the denominatorfor the calculations by which they will determine if they are required tonotify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, underthe Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
