Wine PLC announces that as at today's date,the Company's total issued share capital is

65,654,849 ordinaryshares of 7.5p each ("Ordinary Shares").

Majestic Wine PLC does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total numberof voting rightsin Majestic Wine PLC is 65,654,849.

The above figure 65,654,849 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a changeto their interest in, MajesticWine PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
