Total Voting Rights 

Further to the announcement of 2 January 2009, the total number of ordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") of the Company in issue as at the date of this notice is 123,242,859. The above figure of 123,242,859 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change in their interest, in the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
