Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that as at 1 December 2010 the total number of ordinary shares of 1p in issue is 290,958,912 , with each share carrying the right to one vote.

The Company has no ordinary shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 290,958,912. This figure of 290,958,012 ordinary shares may therefore be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
