Halma PLC29 June 2007 HALMA p.l.c. VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Halma p.l.c('Halma') confirms that the total number of ordinary 10 pence shares of Halma in issue at the date ofthis notice has increased to 373,445,795. The increase results from the issue of shares to meet theexercise of options under the 1996 Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme Agreement and the 1999Company Share Option Plan. Halma holds 805,635 shares in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Halma is 372,640,160. The above figure of 372,640,160 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations bywhich they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to theirinterest in, Halma under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
