Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market the following:

As at 30 April 2011, the issued share capital and voting rights of the Companyare as follows: Number of shares in Voting rights Votes per share issue Ordinary shares 4,738,463 4,738,463 1 of 1p each C shares of 1p 1,832,505 1,832,505 1 each Total Voting 6,570,968 Rights

The above total number of voting rights should be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
